Refund policy
RETURN & REFUND PROTOCOL: PLEAD THE FIFTH
I. FINALITY OF ACQUISITION
Due to the limited nature and high demand of our collections, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for "change of mind," incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Every piece is a deliberate release; every purchase must be a deliberate act.
II. DEFECTS & DISCREPANCIES
In the rare event that an artifact arrives compromised by a manufacturing defect or is fundamentally different from the order placed:
• The Window: You must notify us at [Support Email] within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Notifications received after this window will not be acknowledged.
• The Evidence: Digital proof (clear photography) of the defect and the original packaging must be provided.
• The Resolution: If a defect is verified by our team, we will issue a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to the original payment method.
III. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN (VERIFIED DEFECTS ONLY)
To be eligible for a return on a verified defect, the item must remain in its original, pristine state:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
• All original tags, security seals, and bespoke packaging must be intact.
• Items showing any sign of wear or scent will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
IV. SHIPPING & RESPONSIBILITY
• Returns: For approved defect claims, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
• Refusals: If a package is refused at delivery or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from any potential store credit.
• Loss: Plead the Fifth is not responsible for items lost or stolen once the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address.
V. REFUND PROCESSING
Once a verified return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Note that your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
